International Personal Finance (IPF) the mother company of Provident Pénzügyi Zrt. is looking for a new expert in its Global IT Team

IT Application Administrator

You will be responsible for providing users with appropriate support within the scope of business applications, including timely solution of issues reported in relation to IT solutions (applications and systems) in line with company procedures.

What you will do:

  • Identify and analyze root cause and solve incidents in the area of business applications,
  • Perform administrative activities for IT solutions,
  • Co-operate with Suppliers with regard to the solution,
  • Provide support for change management process,
  • Perform deployment of releases for business applications,
  • Implement tasks improve the quality of services provided by the IT,
  • Monitor of business applications and systems,
  • Support IT and business projects in area of IT support,
  • Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base and procedures for solving typical incidents and problems.

What you need to have:

  • knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory,
  • knowledge of MS SQL,
  • knowledge of application and IT services monitoring,
  • knowledge of ITIL processes,
  • bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent,
  • at least 2 years of experience in IT support function
  • English on intermediate level (communication on daily basis),
  • analytical skills,
  • problem solving and diagnostic skills.
