Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience .
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process .
- Conduct competency-based assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding .
- Leverage HR systems (e.g., Workday) to manage recruitment workflows and maintain accurate data .
- Collaborate on internal talent initiatives such as succession planning and internal mobility .
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in recruitment strategy and processes.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential .
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, OR at least 5 years of professional experience in another HR-related field .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders ️.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and energetic approach to work.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment .
- Tech-savvy and confident in using HR systems and tools.
