Position Overview:
Adexilis Service is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Customer Service Representative to join our team in Budapest. The role involves managing comprehensive customer service functions with a key focus on export-related logistics, invoicing, and reporting compliance. The successful candidate will support smooth order taking process, transport coordination, complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Adexilis Service is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Customer Service Representative to join our team in Budapest. The role involves managing comprehensive customer service functions with a key focus on export-related logistics, invoicing, and reporting compliance. The successful candidate will support smooth order taking process, transport coordination, complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- receiving and processing orders, liaising with partners to ensure smooth coordination, and managing batch allocation.
- communication with the domestic warehouse, overseeing inventory and orders, and coordinating outbound trucks
- Deliver regular customer service support to international clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and promptly
- Organize and coordinate transportation for export shipments, collaborating with carriers and logistics partners (experience in customs clearance is an advantage).
- Handle logistics related customer complaints professionally, investigating issues and providing appropriate resolutions
- Assist with INTRASTAT statistical reporting on behalf of the company
- Manage MOHU (Hungarian Customs) reporting requirements in compliance with export regulations
- Perform general office management duties to support efficient daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or logistics support, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with order taking, invoicing processes and transport organization for export shipments
- Knowledge of INTRASTAT and MOHU reporting is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and result oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient with office software, Excel database management and digital communication tools
