Responsibilities

Supporting various projects within the context of the strategic people development, qualification and learning, and diversity, equity and inclusion
Preparing of decision-proposals and communicating materials, e.g., presentations, analysis and assessments
Receiving insights into content creation and supporting maintenance the intranet pages for internal communications
Concept-creation and support in facilitation
Assisting in the organization of events and team workshops
Working closely with colleagues from across the Region Europe

Requirements

Studies in the field of economics and social sciences or a related field of study with a focus on human resources
Competent handling of MS-Office applications
Advanced English skills
Capacity to "think outside the box", commitment and flexibility
Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
Strong communication and collaborative skills as well as organizational talent
