Instructional Designer Associate

Learning and skills needs analyses using business data, stakeholder input, and performance insights
Collaboration with Talent Practices, AIR, and HR Technology teams to embed learning and skills development into broader talent, performance, and career processes
Analysis of learning and business requirements and collaboration with SMEs, content sponsors, and course owners to design outcome-driven learning solutions
Design and development of instructional materials across modalities including instructor-led training, blended and digital learning solutions, facilitator guides, participant materials, and multimedia assets
Design and implementation of skills-based assessments such as scenario-based questions, application tasks, and knowledge checks aligned to learning objectives and business outcomes
Application of instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to ensure engaging, effective, and learner-centered learning
Ensuring all learning materials meet organizational objectives, brand standards, quality expectations, and accessibility guidelines
Evaluation of learning program effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, and performance data
Iteration on learning design, assessments, and delivery approaches based on evaluation insights
Staying current on instructional design trends, skills-based learning practices, and adult learning theory to continuously improve learning solutions
