Information Security Expert
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be part of the IT Team focusing on finding, evaluation and mitigation of any information security related threats, and uncertainties.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Implement, maintain, and oversee the company's information security program, including ISO 27001.
- Conduct ISO 27001 audits and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.
- Conduct regular security audits to detect any irregularities or potential security breaches.
- Participate in the development and execution of security awareness and training programs.
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure system and network security.
- Respond to security incidents and provide thorough post-event analyses.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest information technology security trends and advancements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of information security with a specific focus on latest trends, techniques, and ISO 27001.
- Demonstrated experience with ISO 27001 implementation.
- Proficient in implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining information security solutions.
- Familiarity with various network architectures, IT system components, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop appropriate solutions.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, or CompTIA Security+ will be an added advantage.
