Responsibilities

Support daily operations and continuous improvement of our Talent & Learning Suites
Ensure master data quality through interface monitoring and data testing
Set up and maintain user accounts, access roles, and permissions
Identify and leverage opportunities for system enhancements
Participate in international implementation and migration projects
Provide worldwide technical support and troubleshooting for key users
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for end users

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or IT, preferably in an international context
Passion for digitalization and process improvement
Profound expertise in HR technologies, such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday
Experience with system integration, data flows, and interface management
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset, paired with initiative and reliability
Ability to work effectively in virtual, multicultural teams
Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher)
