Responsibilities

Definition and management of project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations across global HRIS initiatives
Leadership of cross-functional project teams through all phases of project execution
Management of project governance, reporting, and adherence to PMO standards and methodologies
Oversight of integration activities between SuccessFactors and related systems
Identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and dependencies
Ensuring solutions meet defined quality standards, compliance requirements, and business needs
Monitoring project performance using KPIs and stakeholder satisfaction metrics
Taking on roles within the SAFe framework, supporting portfolio and program-level alignment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT project management with specific exposure to global HR system implementations
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and awareness of integration architectures
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence
Strong skills in stakeholder management, consulting, and change management
Ability to coordinate across HR, IT, and external partners to deliver complex solutions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent English
