HR Transformation Project Lead – Hungary (fixed term)

The role is located in Veszprem, Hungary and is primarily fix term -till end of 2026, but with potential lengthening and/or opportunity moving in within the organisation to other roles.

Main purpose of the job:

To support the effective delivery of HR processes and systems transformation during a period of demerger. Covers system implementation testing, ongoing payroll systems transformation, T&A implementation and other HR operational / digital / data management.
This position will actively contribute to the successful implementation and optimisation of HR systems (including Workday) through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), mapping and validation of process flows, and correction of data discrepancies. It will also oversee and support the transformation of the end-to-end coordination of manual payroll activities, T&A and employee support systems


Demerger Support

• Assist with HR and operational activities related to the demerger, ensuring smooth transition and continuity of people processes.
• Support data separation, validation, and alignment with new organisational structures.
• Create process maps, procedures and manuals for end users.

System Testing & Data Management

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Workday process flows, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring high data integrity across systems.
• Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

Payroll Transformation

• Support the joint collaboration of the payroll provider in transforming the payroll data and systems.

General HR Support

• Provide administrative support to HR team as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
