Responsibilities
Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result, we are looking for a HR Trainee to join our well established team in the heart of Budapest. The successful candidate will hold an active student status and be available to work a minimum of 30 hours / week.
Please note that this is an on-site position in our office at Agora Towers, 116-118 Vaci Ut, Budapest, 1133.

In this role you will:
- Support the daily visa administration process for non-EU employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update internal HR database.
- Assist with reviewing visa application files.
- Communicate with employees and external partner in English.
- Participate in ongoing immigration projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
- Ongoing university studies (preferably in HR, Business, Administration or related fields)
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proactive attitude
