Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the HR management of overseas employees in the business unit according to the company's regulations on foreign personnel management.
Ensure the compliance in line with the legal regulations, follow up changes and implement it into the processes.
Develop and enforce the overseas HR management system for the business unit, covering all modules including recruitment, training, development and promotion, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Manage expatriate personnel for the business unit, including assistance with visa processing, insurance procurement, family visit leave management, and handling assignments and repatriations.
Oversee the full HR management process for foreign talent both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above (HR degree is an advantage).
At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience; familiar with HR management principles, and possessing knowledge of overseas laws, regulations, and immigration management is preferred.
Experience gained in a multinational manufacturing environment.
Business-level English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong analytical, communication, and management skills.
High level of accuracy, independence and teamwork capability.
