Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HRIS Implementation: You support the rollout of the global HRIS and payroll solution by aligning timelines, milestones and cross-functional activities.
  • Coordinate and support HR Global HR Initiatives: You maintain trackers, identify and monitor risks and dependencies, and ensure structured reporting across all HR activities.
  • Support Testing and Readiness: You coordinate UAT activities and help ensure processes are fully prepared for a smooth go-live.
  • Create Documentation: You develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including project reports, presentations and process guidelines.
  • Align Stakeholders: You ensure clear communication and coordination across functions and regions, aligning expectations and responsibilities.
  • Enable HR Initiatives: You support global HR projects, workshops and trainings, contributing to consistent and scalable HR operations.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in HR project support, HR operations, HRIS implementation or HR consulting.
  • HR and Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR processes; exposure to HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Project Coordination Skills: Experience working in cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Data and Testing Affinity: Confidence in handling data, coordinating testing activities and tracking issues.
  • Tools and Systems: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS or payroll tools is a plus.

Here's what you can look forward to:

In this role you are an important interface between HR, IT, Finance, Payroll and external partners, working closely with the HR People Projects Manager in an international and cross-functional environment. You play a key role in supporting MB Energy's global HRIS and payroll transformation, contributing to the development of more consistent, scalable and well-controlled HR processes. Through your work, you help ensure that HR initiatives are delivered in a structured, transparent and reliable way, strengthening the foundation for future HR digitalization. A key challenge in this role is to bring clarity, coordination and operational discipline to complex, multi-stakeholder projects while maintaining high standards in tracking, documentation and process readiness.
