Állás leírása
Responsibilities
●Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end)
●Recruit operational roles (couriers, warehouse staff, dispatchers) and office-based and managerial positions
●Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
●Create and manage job advertisements across various channels
●Screen candidates and conduct interviews in Hungarian and English
●Maintain recruitment data, pipelines, and feedback
●Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
●Conduct onboarding training and assist business-dept managers to manage hew hired employees on probation assessment
●Facilitate HR manager to find more suitable recruitment channels and employee relationship management

Requirements
●Hungarian is your native language
●You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
●You have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or hr section work practice
●You are comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-changing environment
●You work in a structured way but adapt easily to changing priorities
●You have strong communication skills and a candidate- and business-oriented mindset
●Experience in logistics, delivery, or operational environments is an advantage
●Experience working for or with a Chinese-owned company is a strong advantage
