Feladatok
1. Responsible for summarizing and breaking down recruitment plans, issuing monthly recruitment support plans, and supervising and ensuring the completion of recruitment tasks.
2. Responsible for supervising and managing the company's labor contracts and employment relationships.
3. Responsible for guiding the issuance and approval of opinions on handling internal and external disputes within subordinate departments.
4. Responsible for optimizing the workflow of the human resources department within the department, and optimizing and improving the system documentation of the department's human resources module based on actual conditions.

Elvárások
1. We are looking for candidates with excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, extensive recruitment experience, ability to use English as a working language, and priority will be given to candidates with call center industry experience.
