We are looking for an experienced HR Performance & Data Management Manager to lead key HR service areas within our GBS HR Solutions organization and support the delivery of high-quality, standardized HR services across the MOL Group.

 

Location: Budapest, Hungary

 

Your Role

You will ensure efficient, compliant and value-creating operations while actively contributing to the implementation of GBS HR Solutions strategy.

In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for blue-collar recruitment, recruitment control, HR data and system support, and HR master data management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the organizations within the scope of the role, ensuring efficient operations and professional growth

  • Own the end-to-end blue-collar recruitment process, driving standardization and alignment with business needs

  • Oversee recruitment control activities, including SLA tracking, KPI reporting and performance monitoring

  • Ensure high-quality HR master data management and regulated data processes across HR systems (e.g. SAP HR, SuccessFactors)

  • Strong focus on enhancing the team’s capabilities in data visualization, analytics, and reporting

  • Define KPIs, monitor performance and regularly report results, risks and improvement opportunities to senior leadership

  • Drive process optimization, automation and digital development initiatives across HR services

  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, audit, data protection and legal requirements

  • Manage budget planning for assigned HR service areas

  • Master’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in SSC or large corporate environments

  • Proven leadership experience, strong understanding of HR service delivery and data-driven performance management

  • Project and change management mindset with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent both Hungarian and English (written and spoken)

  • Confident user of HR systems and reporting tools (SAP HR, Office 365, analytics solutions)

  • Driver’s license (Category B)
