Job description
In this Student Job, you will work with your team and provide support on administrative tasks related to employee processes and data management.
In your new role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the local People Services team;
- Manage employee documentation;
- Interact and cooperate with employees to solve their inquiries;
- Support employee data maintenance (e.g. collect data information, register data changes, schedule organization for employee medical appointments);
- Support filling in documents, archiving processes, and preparing correspondence;
- Support other HR internal processes.
Your Profile
You are a proactive person who can establish successful cooperation within your team, to achieve individual and common goals. You are capable of structuring your work and taking responsibility and you have a good attention to detail.
You are best equipped for this position if you:
- Are a student of Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent field;
- Have a good command of MS Office tools;
- Have strong administrative and organization skills;
- Are fluent in English and Hungarian (both spoken and written form).
