Responsibilities

What you'll be doing
- Coordinating interviews and managing schedules across multiple teams
- Communicating with candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience
- Supporting the preparation of offers and employment documentation
- Maintaining and updating data in recruitment systems
- Handling HR-related requests and coordinating with internal teams
- Supporting recruitment operations and reporting tasks across the EMEA region

Requirements

We're looking for someone who
- Has strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple tools
- Enjoys helping people and creating great candidate experiences
- Is proactive, friendly, and eager to learn in a multinational environment
- Ideally has some exposure to corporate or international workplaces

Contract: 6-month project
