HR Operation Specialist - Payroll

In April 2021, we established the first regional HR Service Center of Bosch in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) based in Budapest. For this great opportunity, we are looking for our motivated and service-minded team members with a high customer-orientation.

Job Description

We are searching for a highly motivated Specialist to join the Payroll team of our Hub. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for payroll and its control related administration for all Hungarian locations in scope of the HR Service within Central Eastern Europe. 

Your tasks will be:

  • Establish proper databases to follow-up and track the status of the cafeteria declarations and visualize it
  • Facilitate effective communication between all internal and external parties
  • Be the first point of contact regarding the cafeteria service within Bosch HU
  • Ensure the correctness of the payrolled data by doing controls beforehand
  • Organizing all the tasks around the cafeteria and the declarations
  • Ensure a good cooperation between the external provider, local HR and the responsible payroll specialists

Qualifications

  • Educated to a degree or similar level
  • Fluent English knowledge is a must have
  • Experience in database management, design and tracking, follow-up
  • Knowledge and technical experience with systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft IT packages, in particular Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • HR experience is an asset for the position
  • Project, payroll and cafeteria experience are advantages
  • Resilient and able to influence in difficult situations
  • Solution focused and flexible to adjust perspective accordingly
  • Aware of the bigger picture, have an understanding of wider implications of actions with a strong customer orientation
  • Able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer orientated with an empathetic approach
  • Continuous improvement and digital mindset
