Feladatok

Responsible for the full-process management of recruitment, employment, contract, and personnel files for Chinese and Hungarian employees;
Perform attendance management, payroll calculation, and local compliance procedures such as social insurance, medical insurance, and tax-related matters;
Coordinate with Hungarian labor departments, law firms, and social security agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations;
Chinese-Hungarian bilingual communication and document translation, coordinating relations between Chinese and foreign employees;
Employee Activities, Training Organization, System Implementation, and Administrative Support;
Perform other personnel and administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Elvárások

Language: Native Chinese + fluent Hungarian (business level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing), English a plus;
Education: Associate degree or above, with a major in Human Resources/Management preferred;
Experience: 1+ year of HR experience, familiarity with Hungarian labor laws and employment procedures preferred;
Skills: Proficient in Office/ERP, meticulous and rigorous, resilient under pressure, and strong cross-cultural communication abilities;
Qualifications: Strong sense of responsibility, stable and reliable, compliance with local laws and company regulations.
