Feladatok

Printing, signing, and filing HR documentation
Supporting occupational health administration tasks
Assisting monthly payroll by collecting absence-related documents and managing time-off entries
Supporting the drafting of offer letters and employment agreements
Contributing to ongoing HR projects across Europe

Elvárások

The position is open for applicants with active or passive university student status
Ongoing studies for at least one more year
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
Interest in HR operations, with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset
Munkaidő:
Be able to invest at least 20 hours per week according to agreed schedule (2 days/week at the office)
