Feladatok
- Learning more about processing HR service requests, for example; worktime, employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into our systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration
- Supporting the team to ensure that the correct data is entered into their systems in full and on time and in line with our internal policies and local/global regulations
- Connecting' data from various HR systems, possibilities to analyse data for improvement initiatives
- Supporting the knowledge management expert in keeping knowledge in their HR tools up to date
Elvárások
- The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
- Ongoing studies related to HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Training Development
- Strong communication skills in English is a must
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
- You are eager to learn and bring a high dose of service orientation
- You have great attention to details, the ability to work precisely and independently
- Munkaidő:
- Availability to work at least 25 hours/week
