Responsibilities

Your Role
As our HR Generalist, you will be the heartbeat of our Budapest office, focusing on finding the best talent and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle Recruitment: Own the process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
Sales Talent Focus: Identify and attract high-performing sales professionals who fit our fast-paced culture.
Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate a world-class onboarding experience in Hungarian/English to help new hires hit the ground running.
Employer Branding: Promote Fortrade’s reputation as a "Best Place to Work" through local initiatives.
HR Administration & Support: Act as the main point of contact for local HR-related matters and employee queries.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR or Recruitment (ideally within Fintech, Sales, or a high-growth environment).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Languages: Excellent command of English and Hungarian (written and spoken) is a must.
Mindset: A growth-oriented, proactive personality who can pivot quickly when priorities change.
Skills: Strong decision-making abilities and exceptional interpersonal communication.

Nice-to-have

Proven track record in hiring high-volume sales talent.
Experience working in an international/multicultural corporate environment.
