Responsibilities

Cooperate with other HR team members on general HR topics like recruitment, onboarding, administration, training, etc
Coordinate time and attendance management of the plant, including time and attendance software utilization and management, improve the automation and customer focus of the system
Manage entry cards including the authorization, registration and control
Generate HR reports, statistics, calculations for the main HR KPIs, analyze and evaluate the results, suggest actions
Create regular and ad hoc presentations on HR KPIs and other main HR topics
Maintain ERP
Maintain work clothes and protection tools including registry, ordering, follow up and delivering to employees, manage complaints
Cooperate with HR team at creating, updating and implementing policies and procedures
Create internal digital communication system targeting mainly employees with no email access
Develop and implement resolutions of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries, if advised by HR Manager.
Provide HR services and HR consultation to employees and managers if needed.
Substitute for other HR team members if needed

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related majors
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR in a similar role
Advanced level skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Advanced level skills in ERP (preferably Workday)
HRIS focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
Accuracy, detail-orientation
Good organizing ability and time management skills
Strong customer focus
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high diligence
Working proficiency in English
