SSP Hungary Kft., the largest catering company at Liszt Ferenc International Airport, is looking for an HR generalist with training focus.

The HR generalist is a full-time position that can only be filled by personal presence.
Work Location: Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport Terminal 2B.

Your tasks will be :
  • Well-being events organization, implementation
  • Orientation trainings organization (fire and safety training, Airport Security training)
  • Delivery and follow up orientation trainings for new employees,
  • Preparation of an annual training plan, in consultation with the main operational managers and the HR Manager
  • Select the training units and the people who will be actively involved
  • Organization of trainings
  • Internal communication (email, Teams, Social Media)
  • Preparing, monitoring and administration of the list of participants for training courses offered or required by Budapest Airport
  • Management of the SuccessFactors Academy Live online training interface, tracking, recording and administration of completed trainings
  • Participation in general HR administration tasks and occasional involvement in recruitment
  • Management of the HR record system (SuccessFactors)
  • Monitoring and recording the functioning of incentive schemes
  • Active participation in performance evaluation
What we ask for:
  • Advanced level of English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Higher education, advantage: specialized qualification
  • Experience in organizing and conducting employee trainings
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Accurate, precise work
  • Good organizer - and communication skills,
  • Good relationship building, problem recognition and problem solving skills
  • Friendly, accepting personality, able to work in a team
  • Labor law knowledge
  • MS office user level, confident knowledge
  • SAP knowledge means advantage
