Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Additional HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers on training and development topics
- Contributing to the development of HR and people development strategies aligned with business objectives
- Assessing and analyzing training and development needs
- Preparing, monitoring and following up on annual training and development plans
- End-to-end organization and coordination of internal and external training programs, with a strong focus on onboarding and induction trainings, including international programs
- Maintaining close cooperation with internal trainers and external training providers
- Creating, updating and further developing internal training materials and documentation
- Applying innovative learning and development methods; operational management and maintenance of the Global Learning Management System, including user and content support
- Coordinating subsidy- and grant-related activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities, vocational institutions, career events and other external partners
Additional HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment and selection processes
- Participation in core HR lifecycle processes (onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding)
- HR-side support of onboarding and integration processes
- Providing general HR support to managers and employees
- Handling HR administration and documentation
- Contributing to the maintenance of HR policies and internal regulations
- Cooperation with payroll and external service providers
- Participation in annual HR projects (e.g. performance management, employer branding)
- Preparing HR reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Solid foundational knowledge in Learning & Development
- Experience with subsidy- and grant-related activities and reporting
- Knowledge of training and development processes and methodologies
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Confident user-level MS Office skills
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience
