Our Client is an international group with operations all around the world.
They are driving their sport to the forefront of sport recognition, whilst also are involved in the design, manufacture and sale of own-branded sports equipment and sports technology.

We are currently looking for an HR Generalist. We need you if you are enthusiastic about tasks related to onboarding, payroll and L&D; if you work quickly and would like to be part of a fun and supportive group of HR professionals. This position could be the next step in your career as you will juggle many different tasks and positions, and will be the internal ambassador of Teqball policies and values.
HR GENERALIST
TASKS:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle with special regard to onboarding, payroll, learning & development and labour law-related processes
- Being the first point of contact from offer acceptance through probation end evaluation
- Being an expert on HR matters (HR system, policies, benefits)
- Being responsible for payroll preparation duties
- Taking part in various HR projects
- Initiating new processes where necessary or improving the existing ones
- Other ad hoc tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience as HR Administrator and/or HR Coordinator
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour law and regulations
- Native Hungarian language knowledge
- Fluent English language knowledge
- University or college degree, preferably in Human Resources, Economics or Psychology
- Proactive, patient, positive personality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
