Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll-relevant data
Provide reliable HR operations support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, issuing certificates, sickness and absence matters, etc.)
Maintain compliant, efficient, and well-documented HR processes
Support managers and employees with high service orientation and professionalism
Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes, digitalisation, and organisational development

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, payroll preparation, or similar HR role
Experience with HRIS / HR tools and solid understanding of labour law and HR processes
Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
Fluency in German and English language
