The history of Colas goes back more than 90 years, as the firm was founded on a cold asphalt-based bitumen patent in France in 1929. With over 30 years of history behind its back, the Hungarian team of Colas has been playing an active role in the country’s construction investments since 1991. By constantly improving the level of technical solutions, the main objectives of the holding company – which has been managed by Hungarian experts only right from the beginning – are to remain reliable and to deliver high-quality works all around the country. Beyond creating durable, state-of-the-art facilities, reducing the impact to the environment is also of utmost importance.
We are looking for our new colleague as an HR Generalist for the following tasks:
Az ön feladata lesz
- Participating in the implementation of the HR strategy in accordance with company’s policies
- Supporting of the Hungarian subsidiaries in HR-related requests
- Managing end-to-end recruitment of white- and blue-collar workers
- Being responsible for HR controlling/reporting, and making presentations
- Participating in HR related projects
- Maniging employee data in the HRIS, keeping the database up-to-date
- Coordinating the process of employee engagement survey
- Cooperating in talent and career management processes, supporting the development of employee competencies
- Keeping contact with HQ HR team members and taking part in the deployment of international campaigns
Ha rendelkezik az alábbiakkal
- Higher education in the field of HR
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in multinational environment
- Fluency in English and in Hungarian (written and spoken)
- B category driving license (and willingness to travel)
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, PPT)
- Professional competencies: experience in recruitment, hands-on experience with HRIS tools, strong knowledge of HR controlling
- Personal competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills, excellent communication, proactivity, system-approach, solution-oriented mindset
