HR Generalist
About the role:
Our HR team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join us on a full-time basis.
Corvinus University is currently undergoing a transformation and you can be involved in shaping the HR strategy and participate in many interesting projects that we planned.
If you are a self-starter who likes a challenge and wants to work alongside like-minded people in a friendly office (with an amazing view) this role is for you!
About the role:
- Managing recruitment and selection processes:
- maintaining a candidate database
- editing and publishing job advertisements
- organising interviews
- Administration related to the start and termination of employment
- Keeping labour law documents up to date
- Preparing amendments to employment contracts
- Supporting HR Partners in the administration of pay increases and bonuses
- Change management in SAP HR module
- Assisting employees with HR-related queries
- Preparing reports
- Participating in HR projects and process development
- Any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
About you:
About you:
- University degree
- 2-3 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist role and end-to-end recruitment
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Confident in using MS Office
- Solution-driven and take ownership of your work
- Knowledge of HR systems (SAP or equivalent) is not essential but will be an advantage
