Feladatok
As an HR Generalist at Bitron you’ll handle a broad range of HR activities, from recruitment and employee relations to payroll and compliance. You’ll play a key role in supporting both employees and management in building a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Your responsibilities will be though not limited to the following:

- Managing end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment to offboarding
- Supporting employees with HR-related queries and ensuring a positive employee experience
- Handling administrative tasks, including contracts, policies, and payroll coordination
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assisting in training and development initiatives
- Collaborating with team leaders to create a great workplace culture

- 2-3 years previous experience in a same - similar HR role
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and labor law
- Strong English skills (both written and spoken)
- A flexible and proactive attitude, ability to work independently
- At least a secondary education (HR-related studies are welcome!)
- „B” driving licence and own car since our plant currently is not accessible with public transportation
- willingness for continuous personal presence in the office
