Responsibilities

Coordination of the relocation processes of expat/ISE colleagues
Preparation and approval of purchase requisitions
Supporting the orientation and onboarding process
Assessment of workcloth needs, contact with service provider
Communication with legal authorities and public offices
Coordination Managers' medical screening chekups
Mail/DHL and other postal service
Document management (Inhouse record retention)
Visitors, business trip coordination
Support overall general affairs operations and administrative activities such as: Coordination of swimming pool services, Liaising with catering service providers, Coordination of the Local Telephone Program, Administration of fuel invoices.

Requirements

College/University degree, preferably in HR, or economics
1-3 years of professional experience in an HR department
English language – intermediate level (active language use)
MS –Office

Personality expectations, competencies

good cooperation and communication skills, proactive behavior, ability to work under pressure and adapt, independence, ability to handle confidential information

Nice-to-have

SAP knowledge (advantage)
