HR Business Partnering Manager

We are looking for an experienced English-speaking professional to HR Business Partnering Manager position for our dynamically growing client, which works in an innovative technology field with international background (location: Eastern Hungary).

• Managing the plant's operational HR Business Partnering activities; developing and updating processes and internal regulations in line with global/regional guidelines, local legislation, and business/employee interests;
• Supporting area managers in relation to HR processes, human resource planning, recruitment, and retention;
• Ensuring legal/labor law compliance and organizing effective workforce management;
• Providing data and reports, performing reporting tasks, managing and supervising audit preparation;
• Implementing and managing HR projects and programs in line with national and corporate HR strategies;
• Preparing and supporting job analyses, performance management, and succession planning processes;
• Maintaining daily contact with employee representatives and resolving issues.

• College/ University degree in relevant field
• 8+ years of experience in HR Management at manufacturing field
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Advanced knowledge of labor law, labor regulations
• Advanced English and Hungarian language knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking, decision-making ability
• Proactive attitude
• Conflict management and problem solving skills

• SAP knowledge/ experience
