HR Business Partner
Your role in a nutshell:
Join us as an HR Business Partner and be the driving force behind the delivery of our HR strategy across our operations. You'll be coaching key stakeholders and managing a substantial team, all while nurturing strong relationships within the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and aid in the development of the management team.
- Foster strong working relationships within HR.
- Encourage employee engagement in line with DHL strategy.
- Contribute actively within the leadership team.
- Lead and implement business change plans.
- Oversee commercial aspects of new business activity.
- Participate in external events to represent HR value.
- Understand local business context to provide specific advice to managers.
- Manage escalated IR/ER issues.
Skills & Experiences:
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- University degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent planning, project, and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
