Állás leírása

Feladatok

The HR & Admin Manager is a critical member of the plant leadership team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies in support of the plant's operational goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage the full employee lifecycle for both office employees and hourly workforce while partnering with senior management on strategic initiatives like talent recruitment and development, compensation & benefits, organizational effectiveness, and daily admin business. A deep understanding of manufacturing KPIs, labor relations, ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and local labor laws. Work outside the scope of above may arise based on project and company needs.

Elvárások

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology, or related field.
Experience:
1、Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
2、Proven, hands-on experience in managing labor unions is essential.
3、Demonstrated experience supporting a plant with the population of hourly production workers.
4、Experience in a multinational corporation is highly desirable.
Skills:
1、Deep knowledge of local labor laws, wage & hour regulations in Hungary.
2、Strong financial and business acumen
3、High cultural sensitivity and adaptability

Language Proficiency
1、Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
2、Professional proficiency in the local language is required to effectively communicate with the entire workforce and local authorities.
3、Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
