With almost 30 years of presence on the Hungarian market, our company and our brands (Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis and Falconeri) are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Admin Manager to strengthen our HR operations in Budapest.

The Role

As HR Admin Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR administration across our business. You will take ownership of HR processes, employment documentation, payroll coordination and HR data accuracy, while supporting a positive employee experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
In this role, you will also lead and support one HR team member, ensuring daily operational excellence and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full HR administration cycle: contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding documentation.
  • Ensure accurate employee data management in HR systems and maintain HR files in line with compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage external payroll in close cooperation with payroll service providers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with Hungarian labor law and internal company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absences, etc.).
  • Lead and coordinate the work of one HR team member, providing guidance, daily task prioritization and support.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR-related documentation and administrative queries.

 

 


Qualifications & Skills

 

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration / HR operations, ideally in retail or a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Hungarian labor law, HR documentation and compliance practices.
  • Experience coordinating payroll externally and working with payroll providers.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office (Excel skills are a plus).
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
