• Answering calls and forwarding customer inquiries to the appropriate departments 
• Ensuring smooth work processes (short talking time to lower the average waiting time) 
• Sending technical documents to customers 
• Data entry and maintenance in a ticket system (Sales Force) 
• Complaint management  
• Communication with colleagues and internal interfaces 
• Active and targeted communication with our customers' technical staff 

• Secondary school education or equivalent,
• Experience preferred but not mandatory (entry-level candidates are welcome),
• Fundamental understanding of robotic technologies,
• Fluency in German and English,
• Structured, independent and flexible way of working,
• Intercultural social skills.
