• Mentorálás: Első naptól kijelölt mentor fogja segíteni a beilleszkedésed pontos betanulási terv alapján és koordinálni a napi tevékenységed.
• Koordináció: Gyakornok koordinátor követi a fejlődésed, visszajelzéseket kér és támogat mindenben.
• Karrier: Teljesítmény alapján senior gyakornoki szintre léphetsz, majd főállásba.
