WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
Here, in MOL Group Treasury, you can experience and influence what is it like to work in the headquarter of one of Hungary’s largest corporate treasury, whose mission is to increase shareholder value while safeguarding financial framework and related risks. We are operating in a constantly changing environment, where there are no two identical days one after the other. Main Tasks:
- Taking part in the enhancement of Group Cash Management strategy
- Participating in contract negotiations with various international and regional banks (20+) around the Globe in the cash management and payments related areas, assuring documentation aspects
- Analysing and assessing Group Cash Management related processes in the field of liquidity management, currency and fixed income trading
- Support the internal cash management projects as mid-term cash flow and FX exposure forecasting, instant payments application, working capital financing, treasury reporting improvements
- Support the management of multibillion dollars facilities with partner banks in all cash management related topics and optimize their utilisation including short term financing, guarantees, trade finance, cash pooling, and card acquiring
- You will have the chance to identify and drive process and systems enhancements to improve efficiencies and build capacity within the Treasury team.
- Support strategic Group-level and Treasury projects and initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master's degree in economics-related field.
- Your Personality: Curious, confident, ambitious, proactive, creative, and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
- Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
- Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment. SAP and Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
