Group Treasury Business Support Expert
Overview
We would be delighted to have a new colleague as part of our head-quarter team responsible for providing Treasury related corporate finance support to our MOL Group subsidiaries within and across borders. The new Group Treasury Business Support team member would be responsible for equity and/or intra-group debt financing - including dividend payments and transfer pricing – for existing subsidiaries, as well as the provision of Treasury support for M&A projects on new acquisitions.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Providing continuous and varied Treasury related corporate finance and business support to subsidiaries
- Participating in establishing subsidiaries’ optimal capital structure, determination and revision of financing method /strategy and dividend policy
- Preparing credit facility and cash allocation agreements, calculation of related transfer prices
- Assisting bank related operation of subsidiaries, including cash management (cash-pool) and external financing
- Carrying out different and ad-hoc Treasury related financial impact and cash-flow analysis, financial modelling, formulating conclusions from data
- Issuing parent company and other type of securities in line with business need
- Providing comprehensive Treasury support to M&A transactions and ensuring Treasury integration of new subsidiaries
- Participating in and potentially leading general Group Treasury projects
- Determining and keeping updated Group Treasury related processes, guidelines and regulations
- Preparing management and internal decision-making materials
Desired qualifications:
- University or College degree in Economics/Finance/Management
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- General corporate finance and basic accounting knowledge
- Fluent English and communication skills
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Open mindset; independent, analytic and critical thinking; collaboration and ownership
