To accelerate this amazing journey, we want to strengthen our Consumer Services Finance team with a:
Group Retail Finance Business Partner
The Finance Business Partner is a key role with responsibility for proactive business support to achieve Retail’s strategic goals (investment project support, value-added financial analysis, etc.) and coordination of the full controlling cycle (business planning, forecasting, closing and actual reporting).

These are going to be your challenges in a nutshell:
- Support the business with regular and ad-hoc economic, OPEX, CAPEX analysis, monitor the return indicators and review business performance
- Participating in the design, preparation and commenting of controlling reports
- Preparation of actual, plan and estimation analysis for each area of the retail business; definition of conclusions and suggestions for business/finance management
- Regular revision and improvement of process efficiency and effectiveness, represent our team in projects when system changes are required
What does it take to be our colleague?
- College or University degree in Finance/Economics/Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years work experience within finance/controlling/audit
- Problem solving skills, proactive mindset, “can do” attitude
- Structured thinking and attention to details and ability to meet priorities and deadlines
- Ability to manage and resolve complex problems independently and cooperate with other departments and teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian
- Deep knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
