Group Process Development Solution Expert

 

Introduction:

Welcome to our international team of sales process and solution experts responsible for whole end-to-end customer journey in MOL Group B2B Business. Do You want a seat?

As a Sales Process Development Solution Expert, you will use your consulting skills, business, and technical knowledge to effectively introduce new solutions and improve existing ones in the wide range of businesses which MOL Group operate accross the Europe. The sales of the Fuels is only one small piece of the group of different types of goods, materials and services, which MOL Group is covering to their more then 100 000 B2B customers across the world.

Our Sales Process Development Team at MOL is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex end-to-end sales processes and technical solutions supporting them based on salesforce platforms since 2020. Why we are looking for a new colleague? Because We want to get from salesforce platform as much as possible, Because We want to exchange the experiences and knowleadge which We gathered on our saleforce journey with Your ones!

Our base office center is located in Budapest (MOL Campus) but We have alternative office in Tiszaujváros, Bratislava, Cluj and Prague.

Responsibilities:

  • Has full responsibility for salesforce platform based digital solutions supporting sales processes, responsible to improve and optimise them.
  • Responsible for Design, Development and technical implementation of processes in MOL B2B Business covering more then 10 companies/10 business lines/1000 users
  • Contributes in definition of priorities in solution development and resolution of business requirements.
  • Professionally responsible for the solution portfolio and responsible for business operation support of relevant digital solutions as salesforce Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Continuously and actively detects new trends & solutions in digitisation and process improvement, promotes improvement and formulates actionable improvement ideas to maximize system utilization across all organizations and businesses, and to measurably increase customer experience and process efficiency.
  • Evaluate all active business requirements requesting digital solutions and regularly revise existing digital solutions.
  • Responsible for ensuring digital solutions to be in compliance with the related legal and company rules.
  • Defines, coordinates and supervises necessary digital solutions to support process improvements and IT CAPEX projects on mid and short term to increase efficiency and creates common basis in everyday operation of DS Business units and DS Subsidiaries.
  • Coordinates Process Development Experts and also the Internal and External IT resources related to defined digital solutions.
  • Contributes to develop the DS Digital Roadmap and responsible for its implementation by translating business requirements into solutions in line with related roadmaps and action plans.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player
  • Advanced knowledge of declarative tools of salesforce platform
  • Expertise in salesforce Service Cloud, CPQ or Experience Cloud
  • Experience with implementing of the solutions and processes in B2B Business is an advantage
