Responsibilities

The Group Hotel Financial Director leads and coordinates all finance activities across the hotel portfolio, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strong financial governance. This role provides strategic oversight of hotel-level finance functions, drives standardisation, and supports both current operations and future hotel integrations. Acting as a key link between property-level teams and ownership, the position ensures high-quality financial reporting and robust internal controls across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of hotel and cluster-level finance operations across the portfolio
  • Partner closely with on-property finance managers to ensure alignment and support
  • Develop, implement, and standardise finance processes, policies, and reporting frameworks
  • Review monthly financial statements, forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all financial reporting
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations, tax obligations, and audit requirements
  • Establish and oversee strong internal control structures
  • Contribute to the holding / hotel business division functions
  • Consolidate financial results at group level
  • Prepare management reports and owner-level financial summaries
  • Support cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and cost optimisation
  • Provide financial analysis to guide operational and strategic decision-making

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Extensive experience in finance, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or multi-site environments
  • Background working with hotel finance teams and ownership groups
  • Strong skills in financial controlling, reporting, and internal control systems
  • Solid understanding of USALI standards
  • Confident communicator able to collaborate across operational and executive levels
  • Hands-on, structured, and proactive approach suitable for a growing organisation
