WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

In this position, you'll support the Upstream business by providing financial and strategic support:

Support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes withing Group Upstream Finance organization.
Create and improve Group-level guidelines for members of the Group for dedicated area and supervise the application of these policies.
Understanding business needs and preparing meaningful analysis with a view of optimizing business’s profitability.
Ensuring that financial activities and reports accurately represent the business’s financial position.
Cooperating with many stakeholders including international country finance partners, Upstream Business experts, colleagues from other Group Functions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:

Your Background: A recent graduate with a degree in economics or related field.
Your Personality: Curious, confident, ambitious, proactive, creative, and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems
Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong
Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment. SAP and Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
