Group Downstream Digital Enablement Associate

• Supporting the execution of the Downstream Digital strategy and ensuring alignment between business needs and digital ambitions.

• Identifying scope, schedule, and dependency conflicts while supporting resolution and alignment.

• Building strong partnerships with Downstream business functions. Coordinating with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize digital opportunities.

• Supporting the business case assessment of digital solutions, balancing expected benefits and associated costs.

• Monitoring and reporting the progress of digital initiatives and portfolio performance.

• Identifying opportunities to introduce innovative digital technologies and solutions that can enhance business performance.

• Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills (’connect the dots’), ability to translate business needs into digital opportunities

• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities

• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken

• With a background of:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a multinational environment (in digital transformation, portfolio management, project management, business planning, IT, or related areas).
