Responsibilities

Support the work of Group Communication Partnering team (the team acts as stage gate between Business Areas and Corporate Communication & Marketing team to ensure smooth alignment between business needs and corporate communication aims).
Responsible for project management tasks related to business partners.
Actively participate in campaign planning and execution, event coordination, take part in Hungarian and international projects, meetings with internal clients and external agencies.
Support the team in back office tasks, contract preparations, invoicing related administration.

Requirements

Your Background: A fresh graduate, have your bachelor’s or master’s degree
Your Personality: Curious, confident, ambitious, proactive, creative, and have a result-driven attitude when tackling unusual problems.
Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong.
Language Skills: Mid-level English knowledge, proficiency in any other language is considered an asset
Tech Savvy: Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and a willingness to work in an international environment
Driving licence: “B” driving licence, willingness to drive.
