We are a privately-owned company, where the warmth of family meets the scale of a global organisation.Join us in shaping our vision to provide new health solutions advancing human life.Group Associate Engineer MS 365Your main tasks and responsibilitiesSystem administration of collaboration environments in MS 365 (SharePoint Online/OneDrive/Teams).Responsible for the administration of the Octapharma digital workplace which is comprised of various MS 365 services.Working closely with the business to build MS 365 solutions that improve efficiency.Back-end MS 365 system configuration end through the central admin portal.Design and implementation of automated processes built in PowerApps/Automate.Working with additional MS 365 services and integrating them into our collaboration platform (Forms, Planner, Loop etc).Restructuring the existing environment to fit best practices and migrating data from legacy file servers into 365.Implementing change requests and continuous improvements to the MS 365 environment.User training through the creation of knowledge articles and in person workshops.Acting as an ambassador and technical expert for MS 365 within Octapharma.Your expertise and ideal skill setExperience administrating an enterprise collaboration environment.At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT role, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.Background in SharePoint administration with an in-depth knowledge of site configuration, structural elements, and central admin.Proven expertise with digital tools and platforms, including MS 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.Experience handling large data migrations both within the 365 environment and from external locations such as on-premise file serversExcellent organizational skills, with experience in Agile Project Management and the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time.Strong technical affinity, proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and the confidence to provide support when needed.Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.Your department - where you make an impactThe Digital Workplace Platform Team provides 3 core services to the business – Communication, Collaboration, and Automation. We do this through technology platforms such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Cisco Webex.The overall responsibility of the team is to provide the service, implement governance around that service, improve the service, and to enable users to work with the service.We specialize in global medical marketing, strategic and business development, as well as pipeline project managementThe Digital Workplace Platform Team consists of 5 members, within a larger IT group of 200+.
