What You would do at KPMG:
- As part of our team, we will count on you to…
- • provide administrative support to the top manager(s)
- • handle emails, messages, phone calls
- • prepare documents, contracts, invoices, presentations
- • organize meetings and strategic type events, check and update calendars
- • organize flights, book tickets and accommodation
- • cooperate with other departments and offices globally
- • translate documents and emails
- • be pro-active in helping the operation of the department
- • prepare and release articles
- • manage and update our administrative systems
- • support the team members in ad-hoc matters
