Developing and maintaining backend components in Golang
Working in an agile environment and contributing to development and end-to-end testing
Taking ownership of code and maintaining high quality standards
Code review and testing
Collaborating with internal partners and airline customers

At least three years of hands-on experience in software design and development
Golang knowledge
Experience with event-driven and microservice architectures, including distributed systems
Strong knowledge of concurrent, async and reactive programming paradigms
Messaging fundamentals
Proven track record of implementing high-performance backend solutions
Proficiency in working with and designing a range of APIs (REST, SSE)
Containerization and orchestration experience (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of CI/CD and connecting tooling, preferably GitHub Actions
Strong understanding of test-first approaches, domain-driven design and hexagonal architecture
Strong mindset and passion for building high-quality products and great customer experience
Excellent written and spoken English skills
