Responsibilities

Shaping and advancing the enterprise talent management strategy
Partnering with the Design Division to conduct organizational diagnostics and support strategic workforce and talent planning
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners on key talent topics
Contributing to global transformation initiatives
Developing and embedding measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytics approaches
Generating actionable insights from talent data
Partnering with People Analytics, HR Technology, and Learning & Development to co-create dashboards and models
Contributing to the evolution of an integrated talent technology ecosystem
Designing and continuously enhancing leadership development offerings
Defining success profiles for critical roles and supporting successor development
Building and advancing performance management practices
Supporting the implementation of global competency frameworks, skill taxonomies, and career architectures
Contributing to the enterprise-level engagement and culture agenda
Designing and executing global employee listening programs
Helping evolve employee voice mechanisms
Partnering with stakeholders to translate feedback into culture and engagement initiatives
Contributing to the development and refinement of the Employee Value Proposition
Supporting EVP activation in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Reward, and Communications
Supporting the formulization, articulation and embedding of company values and leadership principles
Driving the development of a newly building Talent Management architecture
Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR Business Partners on talent and organizational effectiveness solutions
Bringing external perspective and innovation into talent practices
Supporting capability building within HR and talent teams
Building and embedding data-driven talent practices

Requirements

Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development in global, matrixed organizations
Proven success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
Deep expertise in core talent frameworks and organizational diagnostics linked to business strategy
Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills
Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management
Advanced knowledge of people analytics and HR technologies such as Workday and SAP/SuccessFactors
Global mindset with experience in diverse environments
Strong program management and innovation mindset
Fluency in English with ability to hold workshops and trainings to native English speakers
