Join Our Global HR Team as a Global Learning & Development Specialist (Hungary-based, one-year fixed-term contract)
Location: Szombathely/Rábahídvég, Hybrid (flexible home office options available)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver SPS’s annual Global Employee Engagement Survey, managing stakeholders, analyzing results, and preparing insights for leadership
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of global learning and HR data, from collection to reporting, to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Support global HR processes such as talent reviews and succession planning with data insights and operational coordination
- Coordinate global learning programs and administer the Moodle learning platform, ensuring engaging learning experiences and smooth logistics
- Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing within the global L&D community through networking initiatives and best practice exchanges
- Partner effectively across cultures, time zones, and functions to ensure seamless global program execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development and/or organizational development in a multinational environment
- Proven Project Management skills
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, validations)
- Experience with LMS management (e.g.Moodle,) e-learning content creation (e.g. Articulate 360), and HR survey tools (e.g. Perceptyx)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience facilitating meetings, workshops or delivering training as a co-trainer or L&D specialist in a global setting
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); other languages are a plus
- Ability to lead without authority and influence across a complex matrixed organization
